It's Time to Breathe.
We may think we need so many useless things....
when all we really need is time to breathe.
Today when I stopped and made the decision to take time to breathe I noticed;
.... how many new words and sentences my young son is
suddenly saying.
....how bright and warm the sun is shining today.
....how many friends and family we have checking in on us.
....how calm and peaceful I feel.
....how beautifully close my two sons are when I watch them play together.
... how I just know everything is going to be O.k.
